What are the different ways to get started with Rierino?

You can get started in four ways: an interactive product tour (view-only), a free AWS Community Edition for hands-on prototyping, a scalable production-ready plan on AWS, or an enterprise deployment with full governance, support, and control. These options align to different stages of evaluation—explore, build, scale, and operate.

What’s included in the Product Tour experience?

The Product Tour provides a guided, single-user, view-only environment hosted on Rierino Cloud. You can explore Core modules, UI patterns, and orchestration concepts without deploying or configuring anything. It’s ideal for evaluating fit and understanding how the platform works before building.

How does the Community Edition on AWS differ from the Product Tour?

The Community Edition runs inside your AWS environment and gives you hands-on access to Rierino Core so you can actually build and test prototypes as well as small-scale projects. It supports unlimited users, and is well-suited for experimentation, POCs, small projects, and integration testing.

What’s the difference between Scale Pro and Enterprise plans?

Scale Pro provides an AWS-based deployment using Helm charts, giving teams control over scalability and infrastructure while maintaining access to support during business hours. Enterprise includes additional configuration options including on-prem or hybrid cloud deployments, 24/7 support, and Core+ integration features across authentication, data systems, and observability.

Can I start with a specific module like PIM or CMS?

Yes. Rierino Core is required for all solutions, but you can start with any module depending on your needs. Whether it’s PIM, CMS, BPM, or commerce orchestration, each module integrates seamlessly with Core and can be added during onboarding or at a later stage. This composable structure means you can scale incrementally based on your roadmap.

What kind of support is available in each option?

Product Tour is exploration-only. Community Edition includes ad-hoc/community-based support and access to self-learning. Scale Pro includes business-hours support. Enterprise+ provides 24/7 assistance with a named Customer Success Manager. Access to Rierino’s online academy is included in all plans for onboarding and training.

What environments and packaging are supported for deployment?

Rierino supports pre-configured cloud sandboxing, AWS AMI-based packaging, Helm chart-based scaling, and advanced enterprise packaging using Helm, containerized, or standalone modes. Enterprise customers can deploy on any cloud or on-premises environment with full infrastructure control.

Do all plans support AI, workflow, and pro-code development?

Yes. Every version of Rierino includes low-code, pro-code, and workflow capabilities. In the Product Tour these features can be viewed only. AI assistance, including generative content and validation, is available across tiers. Advanced decision automation and embedded ML are available in higher tiers, with support for external models in early tiers and own-hosted models at the enterprise level.
